I paid by card but did not receive my product?

The transaction will be voided however will show as a pending transaction with your bank, this will take up to 48hrs to resolve. 

 

I paid by cash but did not receive my product?

The cash will be returned to you instantly via the coin return tray.

 

I put money into the machine but it did not register?

Press the reject leaver/button if the money hasn’t been returned please contact us 

 

The screen on the machine or card reader has frozen and won’t work?

The quickest way to resolve this would be to turn the machine off at the mains, leave for a minute and turn back on. Hopefully this will reboot the machine however please also contact us to report the issue


My Cash keeps returning and not crediting the machine?

Most of our machines are new and look for card payment once you select the checkout/OK button on the machine. This will result in the machine looking for a card to be presented hence rejecting any coins inserted. Please follow the below if this happens 


Pay by Cash

Select Products > Insert Cash > Press Checkout/OK button > Products Vend

 

Pay by Card 

Select Products > Press Checkout/OK button > Tap Card > Products Vend
